Legal NoticePursuant to G.L. c. 30B, " 16, theMerrimac Municipal Light Depart-ment ("MMLD") seeks sealed pro-posals for the purchase and saleof real property located at 10 WestMain Street, Merrimac, MA ("Prop-erty").The Property is being sold subjectto the following restriction:The development and reuse of theproperty shall comply with all useand dimensional requirements ofthe Town of Merrimac, without waiv-er, variance, comprehensive permitpursuant to M.G.L. c. 40B, or otherrelief, and further, the constructionof multi-family housing shall not bepermitted.The restriction shall run with theland and shall bind the grantee andall successors and assigns andshall be perpetual or continue forthe longest period permitted by law.The property is offered "as is,where is," with no representations orwarranties made by MMLD regard-ing the condition of the property,zoning compliance, environmentalstatus, suitability for development,or fitness for any intended use.
