Williams Jr. a/k/a Wayne Williams and Nettie M.Williams a/k/a Nettie Williams to ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. dat-ed September 29, 2003, recorded at the Essex County (Southern District)Registry of Deeds in Book 21850, Page 478, as affected by Loan Modifi-cation Agreement dated May 26, 2010, and recorded August 6, 2010, inBook 29662, Page 45; said mortgage was then assigned to Green TreeServicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, its successors andassigns by virtue of an assignment dated January 14, 2015, and recordedin Book 33803, Page 178; said mortgage was then assigned to New PennFinancial, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, its successors andassigns by virtue of an assignment dated July 10, 2017, and recorded inBook 36007, Page 484; said mortgage was then assigned to Select Port-folio Servicing, Inc. by virtue of an assignment dated May 22, 2019, andrecorded in Book 37540, Page 471; said mortgage was then assigned toFederal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of theFreddie Mac Seasoned Loans Structured Transaction Trust, Series 2020-2 by virtue of an assignment dated July 6, 2023, and recorded in Book41658, Page 285; of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holderfor breach of conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclos-ing the same will be sold at PUBLIC AUCTION at 11:00 AM on June 3,2026, on the mortgaged premises. This property has the address of 29RHartz Street, Gloucester, MA 01930.
